What this covers

This notice applies to newsnavian.com. ShopNavian is a separate site with its own terms. If you follow a link off NewsNavian, that site’s rules apply.

What we collect

You can read the news without creating an account. We do not require a name, email address, or login to open a story.

If you email us, we receive whatever you send — typically an address, a subject, and a message — and we keep it only as long as we need to reply and keep a record of a correction.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-7DCK04WQN6) to understand which pages are read, in rough terms: visits, referrers, and device type. That tool may set cookies or similar storage in your browser. We use it to see what the front page is doing, not to build a profile of you for advertising.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and you can use Google’s own ad and analytics controls if you want to limit that measurement.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not run a comment system that stores public profiles. We do not use the analytics feed to retarget you with ads on this site.

Third parties

Stories may include images hosted on this site. Some pages link to ShopNavian or to original reporting elsewhere. Those destinations are not under this notice.
